Our company is young, yet it thrives on ancient land that carries the memory of the Etruscans and olive groves that have witnessed centuries of history. Here, tradition meets innovation: we continue to expand our groves with new plantings, ensuring that future harvests will bring even greater richness to our oils, while preserving the authentic flavor of the traditional varieties of this land.

From our olives — frantoio, moraiolo, leccino, with smaller amounts of maurino and pendolino as pollinators — we create authentic, organic extra virgin olive oils that revive the flavors of a time when agriculture was a craft of respect and nourishment.
